How to link to a specific spot in a YouTube video (Updated)
You can now stop a YouTube video, RIGHT-CLICK the video and select “Copy video URL at current time.” As seen below in the image. It will give you the code that I mention in this post.
This only works if you are watching the video on YouTube. If you are watching the video embedded on a site, just click twice within the video to get to the video on YouTube.
The code to link to a specific spot in a video appends the time-code to the end of the URL… &t=ms
For example, the video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2n4j5v9QOWQ
If you just link to that URL you will get the whole video from the beginning.
But, if you link to:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2n4j5v9QOWQ#t=85s
you will go right to the spot 1 minute and 25 seconds in.

Thanks for the update. Is there a way to create a stop time, also?

Hello leoNard, how is it going today? That was a cool song, and the art work on the album was funny  I never would have guessed that Shylock meant all of that, especially with the title (Volcanic Rock) to go with it. I’m alright it is raining and cold outside the last time I checked. What’s up with you? Well thank you for the coll, and funny posts! Peace!
We have known this trick for over 2 years :)
