Lena Danya is young, beautiful, highly skilled, and has a pleasant voice. Her drawing work is amazing for it’s speed, accuracy, and skill. The low-cut slip she drew on you was very sexy, since the only way it would stay up is with lots of two-sided tape! :shock:

Last night, I made pelmeni for the first time. I used lean beef, minced onions, seasoning, and produced 36 discs that I wrapped in noodles in that little hat shape I saw on YouTube. They came out very well, sort of like an onion burger in a noodle wrapping. There were enough left over for another day or so. I learned to open the noodle before eating so that the oil spills out. It cools better that way, too. Next time, I might try to make curry beef pelmeni. :razz:
