I’ve been playing the game since yesterday and I agree with your assessment. It is a fun game.

WARNING!!!
Do not hand your iPhone to a friend to have him try the game. You’ll never see your iPhone again. I showed the game to a friend of mine this morning, and he is not a gamer. Within a few minutes he was addicted and started racking up scores. I had to pry the game out of his hands. Lucky for me, he had to go to a meeting, so I got my game back. Phew!!!

I am sorry if I sound too negative here. But these zombies are too good looking! Shouldn’t a game like this feature uglier zombies?

I mean, shooting at women from a distance seems kind of cowardly to me. Women are women, zombies or not. Where is the spirit of chivalry gone, eh? What kind of morality are we inculcating our youth with? :roll:

If we are to judge gorgeous women not by their bodies, but the whole person which includes their minds, spirit (sometimes equated to mind), personality, soul and intellect,
then,
shouldn’t we judge a zombie by the same criteria?
And if that is so, then by definition, a zombie is a person
that holds no value, especially the ones that will eat your brain.

By definition, a zombie has a soulless body, an awakened corpse, behaving like an automaton and being listless, being wooden, and lacking energy.

So, I value neither a zombie or non-zombie by the physical appearance, but by their intentions. Those zombies are trying to eat my brain. Not having any of that part. :grin:

But, I am here to protect and rescue the fair maiden, HotForWords
from those nasty zombies that stole HotForWords’ identity.

Yes, Karl, yes. I do understand your point. And it is a valid one. In other words, you are saying that outer beauty and inner beauty are two totally unrelated and uncorrelated things. If these zombies are awakened corpses, behaving like automatons, trying to eat your brain, etc.. etc.. Then no mercy, load up on the racoons and the slinghot power and give’em hell!! But kids understand all these philosophical considerations better when zombies are ugly bastards.

A friend of mine’s daughter is four years old and his family and I we all went to a restaurant. As we were waiting to get seated, the four year old spotted another little girl who was a freckled red head. The four year old said to her father; daddy, look at that ugly girl.

Now, that little red headed girl was anything but ugly and in fact was very nice looking, yet in the mind of the four year old, the red head was ugly.

This of course can open up a can of discussions regarding games and do they influence youngsters or are the games a reflection of life. I think it is a little bit of both and of course it depends on the youngster. I mean look at me. Looks like I’m never growing up. :lol:

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You and the kid obviously didn’t share the same aesthetic preferences. Perhaps he didn’t like the red as much as you do. I don’t know the way it came out of the four year old kid, but he may not have been very polite when expressing his thoughts about the physical apparence of the little girl. Discussing aesthetics is one thing, insulting and humiliating others without any reason, no matter how finely and subtly it is done, is something else, totally different. Perhaps the dad should have discussed this with his kid.

I liked the intro. Also, the game appears to have a consistent style, which is good.

Never played such games, so didn’t understand the part of ammo:

1) Does the customer get a certain amount of ammo per game for .99; and if they want more ammo per game they need to buy more?

2) If they have to purchase additional ammo, does the purchased ammo get regenerated every game or does the purchased ammo get used up permanently?

3) Is music an ammo? Meaning, “shooting” music will effectively pause the attack (by causing the zombies to dance) thereby allowing player to rest, but player has only finite duration of music per game? After the music, are the zombies weak or more energized from the dancing?

PS: When will the multiplayer “students vs zombies” (with players being either the students or the zombies) come out? ( Some real schools have annual student vs faculty games.)
