Look at who is on the cover of the upcoming issue of Mutineer Magazine!  :-)  I discussed some origins of drink words and did a little photo shoot with them as well.  It’s the November/December issue.  Pop over to their website and show them some comment love. :-)

    A cahtolic priest in my suburban college prep high school gave us all a little MIXOLOGY class in his religion class in time for the christmas hollidays. Everyone is playihg self righteous. Here is one item. Harvey Wallbanger, Hurricane stuff like that! Good old St, francis high where the priests have their personal stash of beer in their rectory!

    Then there is the Bollermaker-a shot of whiskey with a beer chaser. but when I went into the Army at 17 for no patriotic reason, when I had a hard drink I drank Coke and Baccardi like in the Jethro Tull song. I do not think many go into the army out of patriotism or national pride. It was just a job, a reliable source of income.
