Update from Cannes
Here is an update from Cannes.. it’s been really amazing and I have lots of tweets about it. From dancing on Paul Allen’s “Octopus” Yacht that is so big it has TWO helicopters on it, to hanging with a vampire on our yacht, dancing on another night on our boat…
Needless to say, everyone dances until about 5-7 in the morning here during the Cannes Film Festival, so I have not been able to snag anyone to ask them about their movies! But, I’m still trying!

Marina, I just thought I would make a suggestion. I apologize if this has already been done by someone else.
For your next Guess The Word Game, I think you should do a word that can be found in 1 of the 39 photos above. Give the number of letters to the word and enough subtle hints as you choose, then provide the link to the page and let the guessing begin.
I wonder if Marina kept the sock to use as a sock puppet :grin: or returned them to Quentin and if she ever did get to interview some of the stars.

M in her bikini (not to tight and not Toulous) is really an Eiffel and is guilding the Lille (which is such a Clichy). She Lourdes it over the other girls. She has Nice Cannes and I’m not Lyon. I hope she has plenty to do and doesn’t get Bordeaux.

Can anyone please tell me how to copy and paste a photo from twitpic to an event folder in iphoto? I’ve tried to highlight the photo and then go to “edit” and choose copy, but when I click on the album and go back to edit to paste “paste” is not a highlighted. :???: I’ve tried dragging as well, to no avail. The “Help” button is not my friend right know! …my first Apple comp and I am extra lost on this copy and paste thing! :sad:
Try importing the photos into iPhoto. Some files just don’t work well with copy/paste function. Also when you import iPhoto can read other data the C/P doesn’t do.

And, to answer your question, how does one find the nearest comment from a specific user?
Since you already know that my comment was on the “… boner …” page, the way that I find a user is to go to that page, then use “page search” or “page find”.
Using FireFox (also MSIE), press CTRL-F on the keyboard, then enter the text you want to look for.
From the top FF menu it is EDIT, FIND.
You’ll have to repeat that for each of the pages #1-#4
If you forget the spelling, then don’t enter all of the info. For example, if you don’t know how to spell pedantickarl, you might just enter “ped” or “karl” or “pk”. You’ll get more matches which will take longer to find what you need, but it’s better than scrolling through all 300+ comments.

That is so fantastic that you are having a tres bon time in Cannes, Marina… you’ll have to make it an annual affair for you, since I’m sure you’ll want to go back again and again. Looks like some party you are having, and it is cool to virtually tag along with you via Twitter and Twitpic. You totally deserve an awesome vacation like the one you are having, as you work quite hard putting out your awesome educational videos. In fact, you’re still putting some out while off in France.
