And I saw each episode a number of times, except maybe a few minutes I've missed in the middle of The Christmas Invasion. I had to watch the first half of that episode in sections on YouTube. Among my favorite episodes is in the second series, where they time traveled to a space ship in 5000 A.D. that led through a time portal to 17th century Versailles (Did I spell that correctly? I'm not good with French). I was called to the stage by my friend who needed someone to entertain the crowd while the sound crew worked out a technical problem they were having with the monitor speakers. I played four songs before a thunderstorm hit, scattering everyone like ninepins. After the storm passed, I was able to enjoy my short burst of local fame for the evening, then it was all over. From that point I knew exactly what I was doing... that it would take time and a lot of hard word, with no financial rewards whatsoever for some time to come... but someone once told me that if you put your mind to something for JUST ONE YEAR... As for why I made my first video? Someone pointed out YouTube to me in December of 2006, in fact I have the first email and it says:

“Check out http://www.youtube.com”

And that’s it.. that’s all it said!

From that point I knew exactly what I was doing… that it would take time and a lot of hard word, with no financial rewards whatsoever for some time to come… but someone once told me that if you put your mind to something for JUST ONE YEAR… BUT A WHOLE YEAR… you can achieve success… so I set that one year goal.. and I can honestly say that that bit of advice turned out to be 100% accurate.
